What does this statement mean to us?

EXCEED - means to go beyond, to take the extra step, to strive to do better, the harder the problem the harder we work, accepting the challenge, to be the champion

YOUR - refers to the person (for example: employee, customer, vendor, shareholder, banker) you are interacting with.  The statement is written to be repeated by you to another person who is "your."

EXPECTATIONS - means doing it right the first time, the result the person you are serving is looking forward to, listening.

WITH - means "at the same time as" or "through."  This word is important because "exceeding your expectations" is accomplished at the same time as or through "honest and dependable service, every time."

HONEST - means do what is right, say what you do and do what you say, integrity, truthfulness, frankness and straightforwardness.  

DEPENDABLE - means reliable, trustworthy, consistent, quality-minded, responsive, knowledgeable, measurable standards.

SERVICE - means helping others get what they want or need
