Energy Management Department

The Energy Department at Maurice began many years ago, long before the “go green and leed certified” programs were as they are today. Due to the insight of many within the organization, this department was formed looking toward a future where energy would be a critical part of conservation efforts.

We have three inside sales and support staff members and outside sales team for the Energy group consists of three more.

We feel very fortunate to have such a motivated, innovative and talented group to aid in this very environmentally important team.

We offer many services to property management, hospitality, retail, universities, and contractors among others.

Services include pricing, lamp recommendations, inventory update services, product recommendations and assessments designed to assist you in keeping up to date with the newest and most energy conscience product solutions.

We have the ability through vendor partnerships to offer project financing, auditing, tax savings analysis, guidance in potential rebates, new product offerings, metering and many other energy solutions.
